At CQuence Health, service isn’t something we talk about; it’s something we do. That commitment came to life recently when team members from CQuence Health and its flagship company, Cassling, gathered in our Omaha office for a hands‑on volunteering event supporting Teen Center Omaha, Completely Kids and Heart Ministry Center. It’s the kind of moment that reflects who we are: two organizations united by a shared culture of service and a commitment to the communities we call home.CQuence_State of the Union 2026-02-25-4890-91_Kaplan

In Nebraska, nearly 290,000 people are facing hunger and 90,000 are children. As food insecurity, coupled with rising grocery costs, becomes an increasing issue across the country, we wanted to do our part to support that most basic human need.

With that in mind, team members assembled hundreds of food bags that will be distributed to three non-profit organizations in the Omaha area. Each organization was invited to our volunteering event to share more about their mission and the people they serve, giving our teams a deeper understanding of how the food bags will make a difference.

Teen Center Omaha

Teen Center Omaha is a program at Burke High School where students have access to academic support, enrichment activities and one-on-one mentorship. The program also helps meet essential needs, serving more than 5,000 meals each year to ensure students have consistent access to nutritious food.

Completely Kids is a non-profit that helps children and families thrive academically, emotionally and nutritionally. Recognizing the strong link between hunger and a child’s ability to succeed in school, the organization created its Weekend Food Program, which provides consistent access to meals outside of school hours.

Heart Ministry Center

Heart Ministry Center is a long-standing non-profit dedicated to providing food, healthcare and support services with dignity and compassion. Their Choice Food Distribution Program is the largest in Nebraska. In 2024, they delivered 3.9 million pounds of food to 135,000 neighbors in need, ensuring families have enough food for two weeks at a time.

Each of these organizations addresses a real, immediate need right here in Omaha. Supporting them helps us reinforce our long‑standing mission to make a positive impact by building stronger, healthier communities.

“Giving back is core to who we are, and it becomes real when we show up together to support our community,” said CQuence Health and Cassling CEO Kyle Salem, Ph.D. “I’m incredibly proud of our teams for living our mission in such a meaningful way.”

As always, we’re grateful for our employees who bring our culture of service to life every day.
