Kick Off

The program starts by bringing the cohort together to foster peer-to-peer networking. Each participant will share who they are, what they’re building and the problems in healthcare they’re solving.

Founders will have a chance to share their perspective, get early feedback and learn how to make the most of the program.

Mid-Point Pitch Review

Before final presentations, founders will participate in a mid-point pitch review with a group of experienced healthcare entrepreneurs, investors and advisors.

This session serves as a pulse check to spot gaps early, test assumptions and sharpen messaging.

Mentors and advisors play a crucial role here, offering direct, real-time feedback that shapes the founders’ next steps.

Pitch & Graduation

The accelerator program culminates in founders delivering an investor-ready pitch with completed grant application and go-to-market strategy.

This is a key moment for both founders and the broader Steel Works network to see the progress of each company.
