The ‘CQ Secret’ – Improving the Patient Experience by Creating an Unparalleled Work Experience

At CQuence Health Group, we have worked purposefully to ensure our culture drives our businesses forward.  The “CQ Secret” is hardly a hush-hush strategy. In fact, when I get asked, “what’s your secret?” to attracting the best and brightest minds, I can hardly get the words out fast enough.

During my 20-plus years in human resources, I’ve seen many winning “recipes” for workplace culture, but none have been better than at CQuence Health Group. Here, many factors contribute to the CQ Secret. As a company, we take to heart our mission to strengthen community healthcare and help patients access the right care when they need it. We also set our standards high—both in the goals we establish and the people we hire.

Ultimately, it’s our employees who bring the CQ Secret to life. CQuence, Ensocare and Cassling employees put our culture into action everyday as we work together to make great things happen for our customers, our community and each other. It is they who help us build meaningful relationships with the healthcare providers who make a difference in the world.  We’re not just selling our customers a product; we establish real, long-lasting partnerships in order to ensure exceptional care for those in need of healthcare services. Our people achieve success because they believe fully in that mission and in the missions of the many hospitals and health systems we’re honored to work with each and every day.
