Omaha, Neb (June 12, 2026) – CQuence Health is excited to welcome Endeavor Orthopaedics to its portfolio of innovative healthcare companies.

Led by CEO Greg Parranto, Endeavor Orthopaedics is a medical device company that designs, develops and commercializes specialized orthopaedic implants.

The company’s flagship product, the Summit Patella Plating System, is an FDA-cleared, single-use kit that integrates a plate, screws and sutures to support traumatic patella fracture repairs. It’s the only patella plating system with built-in soft tissue management and Zip-KnotTM suture integration.

Addressing a Gap in Avulsion Fracture Care

Dr. Brent Norris, founder and inventor of Endeavor Orthopaedics and its plating system, has been a practicing orthopaedic surgeon for 30 years. In 2011, he realized traditional methods for avulsion fracture care stabilize the bone but fail to address the soft tissue of the injury and the forces of the extensor mechanism. This often leads to hardware migration, loss of reduction and high reoperation rates.

The Summit Patella Plating System addresses these challenges with a stable fixation that supports safer mobilization. This helps orthopaedic surgeons and care teams address complications associated with traditional approaches, potentially reducing the need for costly revision procedures.

For patients, the benefits can mean earlier mobilization and reduced likelihood of additional surgeries. The ultimate intention is to help patients regain function more quickly and return to their daily lives with greater confidence.

Since entering the market in 2024, the Summit system has surpassed 250 procedures and experienced a reoperation rate of less than 5%, a meaningful improvement compared to the approximately 40 to 50% failure rate reported for a competitive plate‑only system.

“The Summit system is just the first step in a broader mission to redesign how we approach complex injuries,” said CEO Greg Parranto. “Partnering with CQuence gives us the platform to accelerate that vision and bring surgeon‑led innovation to more operating rooms, more communities and, ultimately, more lives.”

With additional products in development and growing interest from orthopaedic trauma surgeons nationwide, Endeavor Orthopaedics is poised to expand its impact in the years ahead. The company continues to invest in research, surgeon education and next‑generation implants to address unmet needs across the orthopaedic trauma field.

Accelerating Growth and Clinical Adoption

“Endeavor’s approach to solving a long-standing challenge in orthopaedic trauma aligns perfectly with our mission to shape the future of healthcare and impact one billion patient lives,” said Kyle Salem, PhD, CEO of CQuence Health. “Their team brings together years of clinical expertise and smart engineering to create a solution that genuinely improves patient outcomes. We’re thrilled to welcome them into our portfolio and excited to help accelerate their impact.”

In addition to investing in Endeavor Orthopaedics, CQuence will provide professional services to support its next phases of growth.
