As Senior Accounting Analyst for CQuence Health Group, Lisa Morris is in a role that touches just about everyone across the CQ family of companies. As a result, many of the people she works with, especially those at headquarters, were more than happy to speak to her dedication and her willingness to lend a hand when someone needs help with their expense reports or, well, even more intriguing requests.
“Lisa is just the best,” said Kayla Engel, Senior Human Resources Generalist. “She’s helped me out more times than I can count during the years I’ve worked with her. I always joke that Lisa is our historian. Especially when it comes to anything Thrive Wellbeing-related – she has a great memory & notes that go back years!
“I know if I need to find something or figure out when we did this or that, I just have to go to Lisa. Whether it’s helping me find an answer to something or helping me sneak through a check request because I always forget the deadline, she’s there and she does it with a smile (and I think she secretly likes how I remind her she loves me in spite of my forgetfulness)!”
“I’ve known Lisa since she started her career at Cassling,” said Controller Joan Boulay. “She is one of the most dependable and hard-working individuals I know. Lisa is known for her love of ‘audit trails’ on the front end to save time on the back end, as well as the stacks of papers in her cubicle. She is open to change and has embraced accounting’s new invoice application so those stacks will soon be history.”
“Lisa, anything I do or say would not be enough to thank you for everything you have done for me (especially correcting all my expense reports) and for Cassling for the last 20 years!” said Cassling Account Executive Dan Olson. “I want to take this opportunity to convey my appreciation towards you and wish you a Happy 20th Anniversary!”
As Lisa celebrates 20 years of being one of the most dependable and helpful team members at CQ, her friends and colleagues express their gratitude for everything she’s done for both the company and her coworkers over these two decades.
“Lisa, it has been an honor to work alongside a person who is so motivated and dedicated,” said Billing Specialist Dana Downs. “You are admired, respected and, most of all, we are blessed to have you as a co-worker, friend and mentor. Thank you for being there when we need you. Continue to climb new heights with your hard work and commitment. Wishing you a happy 20-year work anniversary!”
“I’ve always admired how dedicated and driven Lisa is to CQ, her role and to helping others whenever questions arise,” said Tammy Nelson, Sales Contract Manager. “It has been a joy to work with you these past 20 years!”
“Congratulations on 20 years!” said Sandi Kanger, Senior Staff Accountant. “I have worked with Lisa since I started in 2010, and she is very dedicated and committed to her work. Lisa is a great person and coworker who cannot be replaced. Lisa, enjoy your celebration and happy 20th work anniversary!”
“It has been my pleasure to work with Lisa for all of her 20 years,” said Service Analyst Michelle Heaton. “Not as closely in the first ten as the last ten, but all of them have been enjoyable! Lisa is dependable, considerate, caring, reliable, honest, dedicated, cheerful and I can’t imagine working here without her or not having her in my life. Thank you, Lisa, for all you do for Cassling and for me personally. Congratulations on your 20-year anniversary!
“Lisa does a great job of making sure everything is taken care of in her responsibilities,” said Steve Chambers, Chief Financial officer. “She is very detailed and thorough. We appreciate everything she does! Congratulations.”
Some of those who work closely with Lisa also pointed out something many may not be as familiar with: her sense of adventure.
“I love hearing about the adventures Lisa goes on with her kids,” said Kayla. “She and her family have had some amazing trips and I love seeing the pictures and hearing the stories. I think their trip through South America has been my favorite. For an accountant, Lisa sure has an adventurous side! 😉”
“Lisa has a very broad palate,” said Joan. “When it’s Lisa’s turn to select a venue for a department lunch, we have to remind her to pick something ‘normal’ so we can all enjoy. I’ve had the pleasure of watching Lisa’s two beautiful children, Jess and Scott, grow up. Lisa is hoping grandchildren will be next on the horizon. Lisa is caring and fun-loving and enjoys a good laugh. Congratulations on 20 years with Cassling!”
Thank you, Lisa, for everything you’ve done for our team members and company, and congratulations on reaching this milestone!
