Martie Chauvin and Kayla Engel have been awarded with CQuence Health Group’s most prestigious honor for their outstanding service to customers and employees.
“The Bob Cassling Service Excellence Award was created in 2015 to recognize employees across all CQuence Health Group companies who go above and beyond in exemplifying the organization’s culture,” said Mike Cassling, chairman and CEO of CQuence Health Group. “The award celebrates my father’s legacy of taking excellent care of customers and employees, and it commemorates the culture of Customer Service and Accountability that lives on today across CQuence, Cassling and Ensocare.”
The 2018 Bob Cassling Service Excellence Award was given to Martie Chauvin, Senior Client Implementation Coordinator at Ensocare, and Kayla Engel, Senior Human Resources Generalist at CQuence Health Group.
This is the first year the company has given the award to two employees rather than one.
In her role at Ensocare, Martie Chauvin travels from coast to coast training hospitals and about 200 to 250 post-acute providers for every implementation of the company’s revolutionary care transition software.
“It is such an honor to receive the Bob Cassling Service Excellence Award,” said Martie. “The CQuence Health Group culture of growing together has not only helped me professionally but personally as well.”
As Senior Human Resources Generalist at CQuence Health Group, Kayla Engel ensures all employees feel welcome and makes herself available to anyone who has questions about benefits, time off, insurance, employee policy and more.
“I was truly shocked and honored to receive this award that represents the spirit of service on which Bob founded this company,” said Kayla.
Voted one of Modern Healthcare’s Top 10 Places to Work in Healthcare five years in a row, CQuence Health Group recognizes those employees whose actions support the community, the company and the customer. The Bob Cassling Service Excellence Award is given every year to those team members who demonstrate a track record of outstanding success in this regard.
