Matt Tweedy and Joel Otto have been recognized for outstanding service with CQuence Health Group’s most prestigious award.

OMAHA, Neb. – February 24, 2020 – For only the second time in the company’s history, two employees were recognized with CQuence Health Group’s highest honor, the Bob Cassling Service Excellence Award. Business Intelligence Engineer Matt Tweedy at Ensocare and Field Service Engineer Joel Otto at Cassling received the 2020 Bob Cassling Service Excellence Award in recognition of going above and beyond in exemplifying the organization’s culture of service.

“The Bob Cassling Service Excellence Award was created in 2015 to celebrate my father and the company founder Bob Cassling’s legacy of taking excellent care of customers and employees,” said Mike Cassling, chairman and CEO of CQuence Health Group. “It commemorates the culture of customer service and accountability that live on today across our family of companies.”

In his role at Ensocare, Matt Tweedy uses his software engineering abilities to change the way patients experience healthcare after a hospitalization or medical procedure by connecting entire care teams around the critical job of keeping a patient on the right track to recovery and in the right care setting. As an Ensocare team member, Matt is driven to create solutions that increase efficiencies, produce measurable cost-savings and improve patient outcomes overall.

As a field service engineer at Cassling, Joel Otto provides outstanding customer service by ensuring that our customers’ diagnostic imaging equipment is maintained in optimal condition, any problems are diagnosed quickly, and repairs are made efficiently. Joel is known for his system knowledge and service efficiency while proactively servicing his customers and maintaining ongoing communication.
